H.E. Bryson Passes Away, Aged 70 Years -- Former County Commissioner

Bryson, Jack County, Tex., Oct. 26--H.E. Bryson died Oct. 25, 1909, at 4 p.m. He was 70 years and 25 days old at the time of his death. The town of Bryson was named for him. He served one term as County Commissioner of Jack County; was elected November, 1896. He also was in the Ciil War. He has been a citizen of Jack County for about thirty-five years and a citizen of Bryson ever since the town was organized.
